I understand that the Directors of the Foundation reserve the right to terminate a scholarship for what a majority believe to be academic incompetence, immorality, or unbecoming conduct by an Alexander Christian Foundation scholarship recipient. Actions such as being placed on probation by the college, or being expelled from school could potentially disqualify a recipient from an award.

Additionally, any college or university, as an institution, could become ineligible should they lose accreditation or participate in actions that the Directors of the Foundation deem unethical, harmful, or otherwise against the beliefs and values of the Foundation's mission. Should this situation arise, the Directors of the Foundation would work closely with any recipient to make reasonable decisions for their award and education opportunities.

I understand that an award could be revoked at any time during the eligible school year should one of the following occur:

a. Recipients' career goals change and is no longer pursuing a ministry related vocation.
b. Recipient does not maintain a B grade average.
c. Recipient transfers to a college other than the documented qualifying schools.
d. Recipient is no longer considered "full-time".

I understand that my photo and essay may be used for publicity purposes and hereby grant my release and permission to use my essay and/or photo as considered appropriate by the Alexander Christian Foundation.

I understand that any and all scholarships are awarded at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors of the Alexander Christian Foundation. I also grant permission for a representative of Alexander Christian Foundation to be given my grades & address upon request.
